We want to make your order process as easy as possible for you..
You will receive an order form and proofs form with all samples we send out. Once you are ready to order just return the forms to us or email us with your wording ....We will then send you a further proof of your design along with your wording.
Once you are happy with all proofs please sign the proofs form to say you are happy with all spelling and layout and send your payment and we will do the rest. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and you can contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week via email or if you prefer to call us we are available to take calls after 6. You can even text us and we will text you back or give you a call.
Once you are happy with your final proofs we would then send you an invoice via email or post for your order quantity.
Once payment has been received we will let you know how long approximately it will take to complete your order. Full payment must be received prior to us commencing on making any stationery for you.
Depending on the amount you order please allow 28 days for your order to be posted to you. We will confirm how long your order will take and also confirm when your order is ready for despatch. We will keep you updated via email of the progress of your order.
EXPRESS SERVICE - If you are in a hurry for your order and wish to receive it in a 7 days you may upgrade to our Express Service. There is a charge of £50 for this service. Please note we may not always be able to provide our express service due to high demand of our stationery, but we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
To pay via Paypal, Visa Debit, or Credit Cards- We will send you an Invoice for payment to your email address. You may then pay through paypals secure website - You do not need a paypal account to pay.....you just simply choose your method of payment....click and pay.
If you are purchasing via our online store you will be taken to a secure checkout page where you can also pay via paypal or with a debit or credit card.
If you are placing an order please allow at least 6 weeks for your order to be ready. We will if we can send them out before 6 weeks so please email us if you require your order sooner. During the Summer seasons and Christms period please order well in advance and allow at least 8 weeks for orders.
