Sample Service - Prior to ordering, Samples of each stationery can be purchased by emailing us or filling the relevant forms on our website. We have a Special sample packages that can be purchased for £6.99 or £8.99 or single invitations will be charged at price of each design or stationery piece.
We will refund sample costs once you have placed an order with us.
Once you have confirmed an order and paid a deposit we are happy to send out proofs of all stationery free of charge.
Deposits - A non refundable deposit of £50 is required when placing your order. Full payment of any stationery is required before any order is despatched or delivered to your address.
We will start on your order only when full payment is made.
If you are ordering a full package you have the option to pay in 2 instalments, one for the first batch of stationery we send to you, then at a later date for the rest of the stationery.
Payments - We accept Paypal, Debit card and Credit Card payments through paypal, We also accept cheques and postal orders. If paying by cheque please allow an extra 5 days for payment to clear before we start your order. Once payment has cleared we will commence your order.
Quantities - There is no minimum or maximum quantity you can order for stationery. For our chocolate hearts there is a minimum order of 200 chocolate hearts
Free Proofs - Once we have received your order we will send you a proof copy for your approval. Please check all the details, make any amendments and let us know if you are happy with your proofs. You will have the opportunity to change any script or fonts at this stage.
Typeface - We select our own typeface to complement each of our stationery designs, however alternative typefaces and colours are available for some of our stationery.
Envelopes & inserts - Co-ordinating envelopes are included with all stationery i.e plain white or ivory envelopes depending on design. Personalised insert pages are also included in the price of the stationery. Coloured envelopes can be purchased for an additional charge.
For Order of Services with more than 4 pages there will be an additional charge.
Envelope address printing - We can print all addresses for your guests on envelopes provided with your invitations. Prices start from £40 depending on order quantity.
Languages - Your stationery may be printed in another language. There is no charge for this service, but you must provide us with your exact wording for us to print.
Civil Partnerships- If you are celebrating a civil partnership we would be delighted to help you with your stationery requirements. Please email us with your requirements and we will do our utmost to help you achieve your design and wording.
Home Delivery - Your stationery will be delivered to an address you specify and will be delivered either by courier or Royal mail. For security, a signature will be required on delivery.
Express Service - For those who require their stationery urgently, we offer an Express Service for a cost of £30. This service is not always available as we do get very busy. For details please email us.
Cancellations - All orders are personalised to your individual requirements. For this reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty.
Pricing- We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices we quote you for your wedding package are correct at time of quote, we reserve the right to alter our prices according to suppliers costs without notice. A quote we give you is only valid for 3 months. To help you choose your wedding stationery we have listed the guide price for each invitation along with their description. Prices may differ depending on the design elements you choose. Any extra trims and embelishments and changes to design, prices for invitation will alter.
Optional extras such as adding guests names to inserts and envelopes there will be an extra charge.
