Wedding reception seating plan
Your Wedding Seating Plan lets your guests know which table they will be sat at. Table plans allow you to choose who sits where and who sits with who. The main function of a table plan is to offer a clear guidance to your guests, whatever the event or celebration.
The layout of our table plans should be clearly laid out so your guests can look at the table number or table name and clearly find their names.
From many years experience of designing table plans this layout not only looks more professional and elegant but is easy to read for your guests. We would advise to never present your seating plan with your tables scattered all over the place as this just confuses your guests. For an elegant seating plan, sometimes less is more.
Wedding Seating plans can be as simple or creative as you want them. Adding some butterflies, diamantes or flowers to your seating plan creates a beautiful display. A Seating plan will normally be in the colour theme you have chosen for your wedding.
Our seating plans are all made on a personal basis, as they need to fit your exact requirements. However small or big your wedding is we make Seating plans for any amount of guests.
We can make seating plans for upto 500 plus Guests.

Seating Plans are made to order and can be designed in a design and colour theme of your choice. We design matching table plans for all our wedding invitation designs and also bespoke designed table plans. Our table plans are all supplied with matching table numbers or table names designed in the same design as the seating plan. Our seating plans are available framed or unframed. Framed table reception seating plans will come with a frame to compliment the design of the seating plan.
Once you have chosen your design just email us and we will send you a sample template of one table designed in the theme you have chosen. If you are happy with the design we will ask you to send us details of the guests names. We prefer to receive this via email in word format or excel but if you prefer to send by post do let us know. We will send you a pdf version of your finished table plan with all your guests names and the tables they will be sat at for you to check and confirm that we can go ahead with printing and designing your table plan.
Full payment must be received before we start designing your table seating plan.
