Wedding Invitation Wording Options
To help you decide on your wording for your wedding invitations, we have compiled some traditional wedding wording options to start you off. These are just really so you get an idea on the type of information that would need to go into your invitations.

Traditionally the bride's parents would pay for your wedding, and would therefore be the hosts of your weddiing and wedding invitations were worded accordingly.
In todays modern world there is no longer a set format for your wedding invitation wording. The only thing which is essential to include in the wording is the following:
- The hosts names and the bride and groom names
- The wedding -church or civil ceremony
- Date and time
